An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Monday, happening 4 times

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy  with Mindfulness to provide individuals with skills to manage depression and anxiety, as well as the difficult feelings that accompany them.  For those who identify as women, and  interested in taking this group online please call Kathryn at 204.940. 1966.

This is a four (4) week group that starts February 2nd – February 23rd and will be on Tuesdays from 1-2:30pm.
