Adolescent Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) core icon

DBT is an evidence-based treatment program for individuals struggling with self-harm and thoughts of suicide.

Adolescents ages 13-18 years commit to meeting with a therapist one time per week and attend a weekly skills training group with their parent/caregiver (Wednesdays 4:30pm-6pm at Access NorWest, 785 Keewatin St.) for a minimum of 6 months. Contact Dr. Hayley Chartrand for more information at (204) 250-9671 or hchartrand@norwestcoop.ca

The Adolescent Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) waitlist is closed and is not taking any new referrals at this time. Any youth ages 12 years to 29 years can be referred to the Youth Hub for counselling by calling 221-9800, emailing youthhub@norwestcoop.ca.
