Adult Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Due to COVID-19 pandemic this program is conducted virtually and will transition to in-person in the coming months.
DBT is an evidence-based treatment program for individuals struggling with self-harm and/or thoughts of suicide.
Adults age 18 and up commit to meeting with a therapist one time per week and attend a weekly skills training group (Thursdays 1:00pm-3:00pm at Access NorWest, 785 Keewatin St.) for a minimum of 6 months to one year.
Participants for adult program need to be current patients/clients of NorWest Co-op Community Health.
Outside referrals are not accepted at this time.
