Work Readiness Training

Are you looking for work? Then this program is perfect for you.

Inkster Work Readiness Training will help you learn the skills you need to find employment opportunities and get a job.

Morning sessions for two weeks will help you write a resume, prepare and practice for interviews as well as how to work with others and other skills to make you ready for work.

You will also be given an employment kit which includes a flash drive, stamps, envelopes and bus tickets to help you get out into the community and find work.

To take part in the Inkster Work Readiness training you must:

  • Have Grade 12 education
  • Have a minimum English language benchmark level 4 (for people learning to speak English)
  • Be ready to apply for work
  • Be able to commit to the training program
