Child Care Centres
NorWest’s Early Learning Childcare Centre is a non-profit child care centre licensed through Manitoba Early Learning and Child Care. We have been in operation for more than 40 years.
We have two sites: our Lucas Ave location is licensed to accept 66 children aged 1-12 years (4 infant, 32 preschool and 30 school age) and our Keewatin location is licensed to accept 12 infants (age 3 months to 24 months). Both sites are open throughout the week from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm except statutory holidays.
We recognize each child as an individual with different interests, strengths, and levels of development. Our team of certified Early Childhood Educators and assistants deliver age-appropriate activities aimed to enhance a child’s social, emotional and physical development. We also help your child build strong cognitive, language, motor, and self-help skills.
