Adolescent Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Adolescent DBT is an evidence-based treatment program for individuals struggling with self-harm and thoughts of suicide.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy with Mindfulness (CBTm)
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is recommended as first-line treatment for most mental health conditions.
